The Gaudalupe River's crystal clear water is one of the most beautiful stretches of Texas. Storytelling, swimming, and yes, an occasional water fight is an unforgettable experience. Float trips are variable due to the fluctuations in release rates from Canyon Dam, but there are usually trips of 1 1/2 to 6 hours available.

Paddle in one of our rafts yourself, at your own pace, or with the help of an experienced river guide. Check out the latest current river conditions,  call, or e-mail us for guided raft tours. Also available for rental are inflatable kayaks, or tubes. Our professional staff will assist you to make your trip with Gruene River Company a pleasant and enjoyable one.  Kick back in a tube, raft, or inflatable kayak, for a relaxing, or an exciting trip (which includes Huaco Falls, the largest on the Guadalupe River). 
 
   
 
Wear swim wear, tennis shoes and bring sun protection. Rates are quite reasonable, and no reservations are necessary for small groups. Group rates are available with advance arrangements. Gruene River Company does not assume liability for personal injury, and a standard release signature is required.
